Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction can really help you reduce your stress levels, but it can also be a powerful tool to help you create a life that’s in line with your values.

By focusing on being present in the moment, we can learn to focus on what really matters to us, and being focused on what matters to us can help us determine the future we want for ourselves.

We can start by doing simple activities like body scans, breathwork or mindful walks and learn to become attuned to the chatter in your mind. What thoughts keep arising? What feelings come up? Where are you feeling stress or tension in your body, and why?

You don’t need to experience deep epiphanies or huge revelations – just becoming aware of the chatter can help you sort through it for thoughts that are taking up time and space but are not bringing value to your life.
